Our manufactured house is composed of prefabricated interior, exterior and ceiling panels constructed indoors. The construction technology ensures the efficient use of materials and labor force regardless of the weather conditions. This distinguishes our houses from half-timbered houses.
We use only the highest quality of dried and calibrated wood for the house construction as well as other certified manufacturing materials. Our team comprised of experienced professionals provides a thorough examination of work, warmth, durability and environmental friendliness.
The house panels are made of a wooden frame, separate panels, insulating materials and the finish. According to our customers’ needs, we can also install the integrated wiring and communication cables as well as windows and doors. The house can be fully completed up to 80-85%. The prepared panels are transported by a freight car to the construction site where with the help of a crane the prefabricated house is being mounted directly on the foundation of the house. The panel/prefabricated house installation work is carried out within 3-6 days.
